I was just wondering on twitter today, and like a machine i just made a RT to this picture, then i saw many people did, so i clicked on it, and i was amazed by what was i looking at, and it's a memo from the Ministry of the Defense in Venezuela, it said and i quote:
all military personal that receives from Internet, SMS or other media, email, offensive messages, criticism of any kind against the government system that presides our commander in chief Lt. Commander Hugo Rafael Chavez Frías, must notify immediately the content received to direction of intelligence of the national army to emails: CGENBDIRINTEL@YAHOO.ES AND CGENBDIRINTEL_CI@YAHOO.ES OR CALL TO 0212- 6055603.
